2025-2026 Registration

Kindergarten registration for the 2025-2026 school year begins on May 1. Visit the Kindergarten Registration page for more information.

Registration for the 2025-2026 school year for all grades will open on June 1, 2025 (In order to insure your student can start the 1st day of school you must have your applications approved by July 20th) .

Important dates for the Douglas County School System Registration Office are:

May 1, 2025 - Kindergarten Registration Opens (Must have approved Kindergarten application by July 8th to attend Kinder Camp July 14-17)
May 26, 2025 - Holiday
June 1, 2025 - Registration for ALL Grades Open (In order to insure your student can start the 1st day of school you must have your applications approved by July 20th) 
June 19, 2025 - Holiday
July 3 - 4, 2025 Holiday
September 1, 2025 - Holiday
October 13 & 14, 2025 - Holiday
November 26 - 28, 2024 - Holiday

December 22 - January 2, 2026 - Holiday
January 19, 2026 - Holiday
February 16, 2026 - Holiday
April 6 - 10, 2026 - Holiday
May 1, 2026 - Kindergarten Registration Opens

Welcome to the Douglas County School System's Registration Department!

We strive to make the registration process as easy as possible for all families in Douglas County.  
No matter if your student is new to the Douglas County School System or if they have attended a DCSS school before, you can use this site to find information about enrolling your student into one of our schools.

**Please note - if your student is enrolled in a Douglas County School, you do not need to register. If you have moved, please take your new Proof of Residency to the school you are now in the district for.
