Hi Panthers!

I am pleased to be your first grade teacher this school year.  This year will be my fourth year at Dorsett Shoals, and my twelve year as a certified teacher. I graduated from Mercer University in Atlanta with a Bachelors in Business Administration. I earned my Masters in Elementary Education at the University of Phoenix in Sandy Springs, Georgia.  While working at Dorsett Shoals, I have earned my Gifted In-Field Endorsement with Georgia Metro Resa and Douglas County School System. In addition, I have I have been a resident of Douglasville for 20 years. During my spare time, I love reading Do-It-Yourself (D.I.Y.) books, exploring vegan recipes and spending time with my family.  My goal is to partner with you in helping your scholar reach their fullest potential.
