Assistant Principal
Ms. Charisse West is an 18 year Douglas County veteran educator. She holds two Master Degrees from Dallas Baptist University and Nova Southeastern University, a certification in Behavior and Learning Disabilities and reading endorsement from Georgia State University, and a Bachelors from Dallas Baptist University.Ms. West was named the Assistant Principal for Dorsett Shoals Elementary starting the 2022-23 school year. Her personal motto is: “If you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything.”
